We invite you to walk through rose and lavender gardens, native gardens and open spaces. Take a seat in any of our gardens and feel hidden from the world

Our massive tree plantings can be seen everywhere with the most recent down by our newly constructed wetlands. The wetlands is natures peace where you will want to sit and say nothing. 

Walk amongst the native flowers and our very young vineyard. We have over 400 vines, roughly divided between a Spanish red wine called TEMPRANILLO and an Italian white variety called PINOT GRIGIOT.

Chatsworth Park is a 2 minutes drive to Balnarring Village Shopping. Great to wonder around and have a bite to eat.  The village has a traditional country church.  

We are a 3 minute drive  from Balnarring Beach. This long shoreline in Western Port Bay attracts dolphins and seals who come to feed amongst the safe waters. You can see French and Philip Islands as you go for a stroll up the beach. There are never any crowds.  

We are surrounded by wineries, restaurants, tavens and pubs for fine dining or casual eating. We can make a pre booking for you so you don’t miss out.

From our property you can see COOLART HOMESTEAD famous for its wetlands and the annual Jazz Festival which you can hear at our place.

Upon request we can supply push bikes to ride the many kilometres of bike track around the district.    

We are a 10 minute drive to the passenger ferries which run from Stony Point to French Island and Phillip Island famous for its fairy penguins.  We are a 30 minute drive to Cape Schanck which is right at the tip of Western Port Bay.
