FEATURES OF THE HOME:

The bedroom is luxury over- looking a beautiful garden. The queen size bed is so inviting and comfortable.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals for eating inside, on the patio or out in the garden. A espresso coffee machine, plunger coffee and assortment of teas is provided . Our vegetable garden can supply fresh organic vegetables for your evening meal. We have a picnic basket if you want to have a picnic lunch or dinner down on Balnarring beach. The modern bathroom has a natural skylight allowing lovely light to filter in. Enjoy our natural skin care products supplies. We have natural gas heating for winter in all rooms and a split air-conditioner for hot days.

The lounge room has a comfy lounge with a plasma TV, DVD, video and CD player. We supply binoculars to see the wild birdlife down by our wetlands. We have plenty of DVD’s, CD’s, board games and reading books. The fresh flower arrangement is yours to take home as a reminder of your enjoyable stay.

The patio has private seating protected from the weather. Your pet is completely safe on the patio with easy access to the garden. Have a picnic down by the wetlands or share a glass of wine and watch the sun set over the paddocks. We have garden seats dotted all around the property so you can choose many locations to just sit and take in the peace. We have golf clubs and air balls for those who want to practice their swing amongst our open space.

There is only one unit attached to the main house with its own entrance to ensure peace and privacy
